Payment details, only when you place an order by phone. The brand's payment processor handles them and we do not store full card numbers.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us. We share order and customer care information with the brand you bought from, and with service providers that run our telephone, messaging, payment, and customer relationship systems. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We disclose information when the law requires it. The sharing described in this section does not include mobile opt-in data or consent, other than to the messaging providers named in the note above.

Call recording

We may monitor or record calls for quality, training, and compliance. Where the law requires it, we notify you at the start of the call.

Text messaging (SMS)

How long we keep information

Ask us to stop contacting you at any time: tell our team, reply STOP to a text, or email us. We honor these requests the same day. You can also ask to see, correct, or delete your information, subject to applicable law and the instructions of the brand you bought from.
